• Loading dock access will commence from approx. 5:30 PM. Guide only, delays anticipated.
• If you require access to the loading dock, a time must be booked with GEL Events
• Failure to book a move out time through GEL may result in delays accessing the loading dock

SPACE ONLY CUSTOM STANDS & CONTRACTORS

Saturday 21^st June             NO ACCESS

• Dismantle cannot commence until 6:00 PM, after Shell Exhibitors have moved out
• Space Only must have all items, including freight, removed by 11:59 PM Friday 20^th June unless exceptions have been approved by the Organiser

Saturday 21^st June             7:00 AM – 12:00 PM       Hall 2 Custom Stands Only

• Exhibitors positioned in Hall 2 ONLY will have access until 12:00 PM midday on Sat 21^st June to load out.

VENUE INDUCTION

Exhibitors who will be onsite after 6:00pm on Friday 20^th June must complete the venue induction.

LOADING DOCK ACCESS

• We anticipate delays on the dock during move-out. The above times are an approximate guide only.
• The dock will be closed to all vehicles until approx. 5:30 PM and will be heavily controlled by GEL
• Timings above are the parameters in which the move out schedule works, and is managed by GEL
• Please book in a time with GEL to be accommodated within the timings listed above to avoid delays
• Small vehicles are to use the car park, and handheld items may be taken out the front concourse doors.

KEY INFORMATION

• The Organiser reserve the right to alter the above times
• Move out of product will commence approx. 30 minutes after the show closes, or once the bays are clear of visitors and it is safe to do so. For WH&S reasons, do not remove exhibits before 3:00 PM.
  An announcement will inform you when it is safe to begin move out
• If you are not able to remove your entire product or stand dressing materials by the times stipulated above, please contact the Organiser
• Children 15 yrs old or under will not be allowed in the bays or on the loading dock during move out
• Safety vests must be worn during the move out and can be collected from the loading dock doors.
  Please remember to return your vest when you are about to leave the site.
• Power to the stands will be switched off 1 hours after the show close
